Hoya 67mm NDX16 Digital Filter

A Hoya 67mm HMC NDX16 Digital Filter is the ideal dark filter for use in travel, nature and landscape photography, a digital Multi-Coated layer applied to the filter will help to overcome flare and ghosting.

A 4 stop reduction in light reaching the lens makes shutter speeds of 1/4 of a second possible, using this technique it´s possible to create the motion blur to give motion to moving objects.

Black rimmed glass reduces any reflections from the edge of the filter. By using wide apertures of f/1.4 and f/1.8 enables the user to provide shallow depths of field to enable the subject to be isolated from the background.
