The TM-D Timer remote control is an external camera addition which will takes photos in set durations. In some cases they are just labeled as timers. A TM-D Timer remote control is designed with an uncomplicated trigger function which may also start the bulb feature on cameras. In addition it works such as a timer remote and can be designed to perform as an intervalometer and is very effective at making time-lapse films.

The TM-D Timer remote control is compatible with remote switch model: Panasonic DMW-RS1, DMW-RSL1, Leica CR-D1. Works with Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ20, DMC-FZ30, DMC-FZ50, DMC-G1, DMC-GH1, DMC-GF1, DMC-G2, DMC-G10, DMC-L1, DMC-L10 and models compatible with Panasonic DMW-RS1 and DMW-RSL1 remote controls.

Also works with Leica DIGILUX3, DIGILUX2, V-LUX1 and more models using Leica CR-D1 remote control.

A TM-D Timer remote control generally is a hand held machine that has an electric cord which usually plugs into a camera’s auxiliary connection. It looks and functions very much like a remote control trigger release.


Some of the features are:-

The Delay function - This modifies the time ?n between pushing “start” and the 1st camera shot.

Long function - This influences just how long the shutter is open. This specific setting’s exclusively applicable should you be photographing working with bulb mode.

Interval - The span of time between shutter clicks.

N (Number) - The entire number of shots. The timer can be set from 1 sec to 99 hours and 59min to 59sec, the maximum total amount of exposures is 399.

Sound - This will cause a beep whenever a shot is taken. Most commonly it is highly recommended to have this setting switched off as it might get frustrating.
