Hoya 49mm High Density UV Filter

A Hoya 49mm High Density UV Filter is a multi-functional screw-on filter which is often combined with other filters and increases colour balance, clarity and offers a protective layer to the lens to help protect it from airborne dust, rain, grime and knocks to the lens.

An 8 layer multiple-coating diminishes the volume of lens flare, reflections and increases the all-round image quality. It screws easily on to the lens to provide superior clearness and colour balance, this kind of filter furthermore guarantees total defense to the lens.

Applying protective optical glass it provides 4 times the breaking strength of regular glass and for that reason is resilient and hard-wearing.
