A Canon RS-60E3 Remote Control can be used anytime taking group photos and when you also plan to be in the picture. They´re used if it isn't practical to stand right behind the camera throughout the shot, like for example in nature photography. Wireless remote controls provide a secondary shutter button using a 60cm cord.
This remote control helps to prevent camera shake for telephoto images, macro photography, bulb exposures and night photography. Eliminate camera shake and coming in contact with the camera shutter.
The remote works just like a shutter control switch, allowing for half or full pushdown of the shutter. It also offers a shutter-release lock.
